The Complete Power Electronics Lifecycle

We engineer high-performance power conversion hardware, EV charging systems, and metering devices for equipment manufacturers and industrial builders.

1. Power Stage Topologies

Mathematical modeling of semiconductor conduction and switching losses across operating envelopes to optimize SPWM inverters, resonant LLC stages, and active totem-pole PFC bridges.

2. High-Frequency Magnetics

Magnetic modeling of high-frequency transformers and resonant inductors. Calculating skin depth, proximity effect, core loss density, and fabricating windings with multi-strand Litz wire and planar PCB cores.

3. High-Power PCB Layout

Low-inductance gate-loop routing, heavy copper (2oz - 6oz) power planes, isolated Kelvin connections for high-speed switching devices, and strict spatial clearance for dielectric isolation.

4. Digital Control Loops & DSP

Digital compensator implementation on 32-bit DSP / ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers. Sub-microsecond ADC sampling, dead-time compensation, cycle-by-cycle peak current limiting, and Modbus/CAN telemetry.

5. Thermal & Mechanical Integration

Thermal resistance calculations, heatsink extrusion optimization, forced-air duct design, and thermal modeling to maintain semiconductor junction temperatures well below maximum ratings.

6. Bench Stress & Hi-Pot Testing

Dynamic load-step transient testing, capacitive short-circuit discharges, thermal imaging, surge withstand testing, and pre-compliance electromagnetic interference (EMI) screening.

Hardware Validation on Real Electrical Loads

Every VQNIX platform undergoes rigorous testing with programmable AC/DC power supplies, electronic regenerative loads, high-bandwidth isolated oscilloscopes, and thermal imaging cameras.

Whether validating dv/dt switching transients on Silicon Carbide power bridges or tuning digital phase margins across non-linear reactive loads, our hardware is hardened for continuous field survival.
